terms of service ♰
These terms are to protect me as an artist, and by working with me you are automatically agreeing to all of the terms listed below. Breaking these terms will lead to a block and a spot on my blacklist, meaning I will not work with you again.
If my terms happen to change while you are on my queue I will notify you directly.
General terms, and Payment
• I take payment through PayPal invoices and Ko-Fi commissions mainly, but I also accept steam gifts & giftcards for certain brands
• I only work with those that are 16 and above.
• If the commission is NSFW you must be 18+ to order.
• I retain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, I do not have to provide this reason to you.
• All of my prices are in USD, although I take payment in other currencies if needed. (Amount will be converted into said currency)
• If I believe you’re taking too long to provide the information for your order then the slot may go back up for sale, if this happens you will be notified
• Payment is required 24 hours within confirming the information for the order, if you fail to pay your spot on my queue will be cancelled and possibly given to someone else, unless stated otherwise.
• I only offer refunds before I have started your commission, after the sketch has been sent that is past the point of a refund. The only time I may give a refund in the middle of the commission process is if it’s on my own behalf.

• I work best with characters that are feminine.
• I am likely to reject your commission if the character is very masculine. (If you are unsure on whether a character is suitable for me, feel free to ask!)
• I do not draw digitigrade legs, although if you are ordering a chibi feel free to request I do digitigrade instead of plantigrade..
• If you are wanting clothes added onto the drawing there will be an extra fee (amount varies) - unless it is apart of the commission slot advertised
• I am always interested in expanding my comfort zone for what I draw, but please know I do have my specialties and do not commission me for something that is the opposite and expect the same results. *If I believe I cannot make the piece to my standards I will decline your commission and offer you to give me another prompt to work with
• I don’t always post everything I draw, so if there is a certain thing you’d like to see in my style (and I have an art piece with it in) do ask and I will show you!Ordering and Commission Process
• When submitting an order, please be clear and to the point about what you're looking for to avoid confusion.
• I do not work with descriptions about characters, I only work with visual references of character. (This does not include custom design commissions)
• I will always send a work in progress sketch for your commission for approval. During the sketching stage if I have drawn your character wrong please notify me immediately.
• I do not provide edits after I have done the lineart, unless the edit is for the colouring, I can change that at any time.
• Commission times vary depending on current workload. Commissions can take 3 months to complete at most.
• If you are wanting a commission completed by a certain date you must notify at the time of submitting the order.
• I reserve the right to refund you during the commission process at anytime.After your commission
• I reserve the right to post your commission online anywhere I choose, and use/modify your commission as an example, or in a sample image/price sheet or in any other promotional images.
• If the issues with your commission are on your behalf for not communicating in the initial commission inquiry, there will be a fee for edits.
• I will not make edits to a commission if it is not stated or requested when your commission is complete. (don’t come back months later asking for edits as the file may not be saved)
• Reposting my artwork is NOT allowed on Twitter. I will make my own post for the artwork and you can retweet it. (If you’d like to make a tweet to pin to your page that includes my art, that is fine! Just tag me somewhere. Posting my art in Discord channels is fine as long as you link back to a page of mine)Copyright / harassment
• You may not edit / alter / change my work without my explicit permission. (You can add backgrounds, and this does not apply to icons, or ID pictures)
• Copyright of all artwork still belongs to me.
• You may not use my work to make profits from other people, this includes but is not limited to t-shirts, prints, stickers, logo, etc. unless this is discussed beforehand.
• Harassment, or very hostile behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. This will lead to being blacklisted, blocked, and your commission will be refunded (minus any work already done).Auction / Sales
• Do NOT bid, or commit to buying if you cannot pay. Retracting bids/failing to make payments will lead to blacklisting.
• Payments must be made within 24 hours as stated previously. (Unless stated that payment plans are available and we have discussed that option.)
• You may bid/buy on behalf of another person.
• Do NOT harass or bother someone who has bought a design or won an auction. If you do not win and are caught harassing or guilting someone over my designs you will be blacklisted.
